About our development

Landlink Estates is preparing a planning application for a new food-led, mixed-use development in Selsey, located adjacent to ASDA and Costa at Wave Approach.

The proposals would extend the existing retail centre, with plans for a new food store and drive-through coffee shop or restaurant, alongside new landscaping and parking provision. Proposals will provide greater choice and convenience for local people and reduce the number of journeys residents currently make to Chichester for retail services.

This website will provide the latest information about our proposals as they emerge, the timeline and status of our application, and will provide a place for you to share your views.

On Wednesday 7th October, between 3pm and 6:30pm, we will be hosting a drop-in exhibition session for the community to meet our team and find out more about our proposals. Most importantly, this is an opportunity to ask questions and share your feedback.
